Return Policy & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at westbreezetee. We appreciate your business and want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please read the following return policy carefully to understand our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Returns

1.1. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange.

1.2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. See the non-returnable items condition below.

1.4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., the wrong size/color/item was shipped).

2. Exchanges

2.1. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at westbreezetee@gmail.com to request an exchange. Customers pay for exchange shipping costs.

2.2. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will process a refund minus the exchange shipping cost.

3. Refunds

3.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. For cancellation prior to order shipment, refunds will be initiated within 24 hours.

3.2. For returns, a refund will be decided on receipt of the original item in good condition. We may suggest a partial refund for missing parts or accessories and or packaging.

3.3. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days (subject to change as it depends on the processing bank)

4. Non-Returnable Items

4.1. Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Baby care items like feeding bottle, diapers and teethers etc.
  • Personal care, Health & Hygiene items.

Non-returnable items will be displayed in the product images.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

5.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team atwestbreezetee@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions for returning the item or offer a replacement.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1. Orders can be canceled prior to shipping. After this timeframe, the order may have already been processed, and cancellation may not be possible.
