Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. See the non-returnable items condition below.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at contact@westbreezetee.comto request an exchange. Customers pay for exchange shipping costs.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will process a refund minus the exchange shipping cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. For cancellation prior to order shipment, refunds will be initiated within 24 hours.
For returns, a refund will be decided on receipt of the original item in good condition. We may suggest a partial refund for missing parts or accessories and or packaging.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at contact@westbreezetee.com within 15 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions for returning the item or offer a replacement.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled prior to shipping. After this timeframe, the order may have already been processed, and cancellation may not be possible.
